How long do deliveries typically take?
Delivery time will depend on stock location, country of destination and shipping method used.
The delivery time in remote areas may vary by 1 day over the indicated delivery times.
Please bear in mind that all delivery times are given in business days, starting from the date your order is shipped from our warehouse. Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays.*

How can I return a purchase?
If you wish to make any returns or exchanges, you have 30 days from the date of purchase in our physical stores or from the date of reception from our online store.
You can return items purchased at a physical store within that store or at any Official Camper store within the same country. When your purchase was made at a Recamper store, it must be returned to a Recamper store within the same country.

Data transfers are protected by up to 256-bit SSL encryption, and bank transactions are conducted directly between the customers and their financial institution. This ensures that no one outside our payment gateway system can access customer card details.

For card payments, depending on the type of card and country of issue, we use the 3D Secure payment system, which incorporates additional security measures to prevent the unauthorized use of your card.

We are actively working together with the competent authorities, as well as Facebook and Instagram, to report and shut down these fraudulent websites. However, here are some recommendations on how to guarantee that your purchase is being made through the official Camper e-shop:
1) Our official website is Camper.com (or m.camper.com for mobile users).
2) Our website URL begins with https, not http. You should also see a lock icon to the left of the URL, which guarantees user security for online purchases. All secure ecommerce websites should have this indicator.
3) If you believe that you have made a purchase through a fraudulent website, please get in contact with our Customer Service team (nfo@hotgotallhelp.com) and we will do our best to help you identify the legal steps that can be taken.

Can I order models that are not available on the website?
If the model you want does not appear on the website, please contact us and provide us with the following:
- Your full name and contact telephone number
- The size and reference number of the model you would like (in 00000-000 format). If you don't know the number, provide as much information as possible: name of the line, color, etc.

How do I buy online?
1. Make sure that the "SHIPPING TO" country located in the header bar at the top of the site is the same country where the order will be delivered. If not, you can easily change it by selecting your country from the list.
2. Select the product(s) you like, choose the size, and click ADD TO BAG. You can select a maximum of 10 items. You can also view the products in your bag at any time by clicking on the shopping bag icon in the top right corner.
3. When you are ready to complete your purchase, go to your shopping bag and click PURCHASE. Select your preferred shipping method and click CHECK OUT NOW to enter your delivery and payment details.
4. Fill in your shipping address and payment details. To confirm, review all of your details and click SUBMIT ORDER.
5. Once your order is confirmed you will see a purchase confirmation page with your order information. This information is also automatically sent to you via email.

We always try to show colors in a way that reflects their actual appearance. However, the perception of colors may vary depending on the lighting, the screen settings of your computer monitor, or other factors beyond our control.

What currency are prices shown in?
Depending on the country, our prices are listed in euros, American dollars, Canadian dollars, Danish kroner, Swedish kronor, British pounds, Turkish lira, Mexican pesos, Chinese yuan, or Japanese yen.
The prices shown are always the retail prices, with all applicable taxes included, except in Canada, the United States, and Russia. In these countries, the tax is calculated once you have selected the state or region where your order will be sent.

Where are deliveries made?
Orders can be delivered to:
- Any address in any of the countries listed on our website, with the exception of P.O. boxes and addresses in remote or hard-to-reach locations.
- Our Camper stores (excluding franchises and Outlets) in any country where this service is offered. See the Store List
- We can also send your order to a Correo post office anywhere in Spain, excluding locations in the Canary Islands.
- DHL Packstation (Only in Germany)
Please remember that we do not send orders to P.O. boxes, and we will not be held responsible for safe delivery if the customer gives a P.O. box as the shipping address.
Please provide a contact phone number in case any problems arise at the time of delivery (wrong address, consignee not available at time of delivery, etc.).
Items purchased at Camper.com are normally shipped with DHL, UPS, or Correos.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not send orders to post office boxes, and we will not be held responsible for safe delivery if the customer gives a P.O. box as the shipping address. Only in Germany is it possible to ship your order to a DHL Packstation.
If you would prefer to receive your package at a pick-up location, you can send the item(s) to one of our Camper stores in any country where this service is offered. Franchises are excluded. How can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
You can cancel your order at any time provided it has not already been sent. Please note that orders are sent the following business day (Monday to Saturday*) after the order was placed.
To cancel an order, go to Your orders and enter the order number and your email address. Your order details will appear and if the Cancel option is visible, you can select it to cancel the order. Once you have canceled the order, you will receive confirmation by email. If this option is not visible, it means that your order has already been sent and can no longer be canceled.

If the order has already been sent, it cannot be canceled but you can return it once it has been delivered.

How can I use my promo code at Camper.com?
To use a promo code, please enter it in the shopping bag before going to the checkout.
In Your Bag, you will see a field that says I Have a Promotional Code on the right side of the screen. Enter your code in this field and click Apply.
If the code is valid, a confirmation message will load and the relevant promotion will be modified.
If you decide not to use it, you can delete it by clicking Remove Promotion.
Why doesn't my promo code work?
Your code might not be working for one of these reasons:
•The code has expired. Check the expiration date of the promotion.
•The promotion doesn’t apply to any of the items in your cart.
•The code has already been used. Promo codes usually have a one-time use.
•You’re trying to use more than one promo code. Only one is allowed per transaction.
Can I use a promo code at any Camper store?
Promo codes may be valid at Camper.com and in stores owned and operated by Camper, depending on the offer. Not applicable to Outlet stores.

How can I sign up for My Account at a Camper store?
Offline purchase
In order to register for My Account at a Camper store, you need to provide your email address during checkout.
Once the purchase has been confirmed, we'll send you an email with a link to a form where you can complete your registration by creating a password and your profile.
Remember that you will only start reaping the benefits and perks of membership after you complete the registration process.
How can I sign up for My Account at Camper.com?

In order to register online, you need to create an account during the online purchase process or via the My Account link on the home page, providing an email address and a password.
When you confirm your purchase or registration on My Account, we'll send you a confirmation email.
How do I access My Account?
You can always access your account from Camper.com by entering the email and password you used to register.

How can I cancel My Account?
Sign in to My Account, go to My profile and click on the Delete my account option near the bottom of the page.

Which products can I customize?
A product can be customized only when it is specifically indicated. Customization will depend on the specific style. You can find all our customizable products under the Customize section on our homepage.
How can I customise a product?
Camper One is our unique customization platform that allows you to choose your own colors, materials, and text for selected Camper products. Other selected styles offer the option of adding your own personal text.
Do not leave any part of the design blank or you won’t be able to save it.
The text must follow Camper’s guidelines. Camper reserves the right to reject any proposal.
Camper will reject any text containing:
- Swearing or inappropriate language.
- Offensive, violent, or discriminatory content.
- Any content that Camper does not wish to include on the product.
- Content that may infringe upon the commercial brand or author rights of third parties, including words, phrases, celebrities’ names, professional sports teams, and certain colors when combined with specific words or geographical regions.
Can I use a promotional code to purchase a customized product?
Yes, as long as the specific conditions of that code indicate that it is valid for customized products.
How long does a customized order delivery take?

Buying an E-Gift Card
- You can purchase CAMPER gift cards in any CAMPER and RECAMPER stores, and now also on the web.
- The CAMPER gift card allows you to give your friends any amount you like by allowing them to purchase CAMPER products.
- This card is totally free and you will only pay the amount you want to give.
- CAMPER.com Gift Cards do not have an expiration date.
E-Gift Card redemption and refund
- The use of the CAMPER gift card, implies the acceptance of these general conditions.
- You can only use the card in the stores owned by CAMPER and in the country where you purchased it.
- The physical gift cards purchased in a Camper-owned store, can be used both online and in a Camper-owned store in the country of purchase.
- You may not exchange your Gift Card balance for cash or use your Gift Card balance to purchase another Gift Card.
- When redeemed, the unused balance will be retained for future purchases, but will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
- In case of return of the products purchased with the Card, CAMPER will not return the amount on the Card in the original form of payment, but will give you a gift card for the corresponding amount.
